Designers of Fine Hand Made Jewelry
AuraDror was started in 2006 by AuraShahaf Woelfle and Dror Shahaf in Brooklyn, New York, where their studios are today. Aura and Dror share a life full of creating, and a love of art, found in many different forms every day. Adventurous experimentation and fine tuned craftsmanship are central to their dynamic creative relationship and their jewelry pieces. Each AuraDror jewelry piece is a collaboration between glass artist and silversmith.
Aura is a glass artist and sculptor inspired by nature, landscapes, and the intelligence of sensual experience. Her artistic knowledge grows through years of creating glass, sculptures, and installations with many different materials, in countries such as Wales, Italy, Spain, Holland, and the United States. Each glass artwork in AuraDror's jewelry collection is a multi-layered sculptural world of custom murrine, stringers, & metals.
Dror is a silversmith, a man of many trades and talents, with more then a decade of experience in the jewelry trade, while owning and running a jewelry store in the Netherlands. Dror's knowledge, passion, and vision are in the fabric of AuraDror's jewelry designs. Dror handcrafts the metal of each AuraDror piece using many different techniques and styles.
AuraDror Jewelry Design Studios produces new designs daily to deliver the unique unity created between two artists, two art forms, and two studios in every piece of jewelry that adorns their clients.
