We ship United States Postal Service priority mail 2-3 day delivery to insure a fast delivery unless we determine that Parcel Post, UPS, FedEx or another carrier is more cost effective. Express overnight delivery is available by contacting us. Buyer pays all shipping and insurance costs. In all cases your purchase must be fully insured. Zip code, weight, size of package and value of your item will determine the cost of shipping. Your purchase must be paid in full before it can be shipped. We ship internationally. Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, Money Orders and Certified Bank checks. "No" personal checks are accepted, due to the time delay for them to clear. We also offer payment with PayPal. This is a credit/debit card processing service that accepts Visa-Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you already have this service it is quick and easy.
Our Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy with the exception of clothing, including hats. They are non returnable. For our other products, notify us stating the reason for the return. We will respond with return shipping instructions. If your request to return an item is due to an inaccurate description on our part and upon our inspection we determine a mistake was made, you will then be issued a refund including shipping costs. If the item is delivered as described and you are still not satisfied you will receive a refund for the item only. If the order has free shipping, we will deduct the cost of our shipping from the cost of the item and refund the difference. This applies to all items that were purchased from our inventory. Where items were special ordered, at the discretion of Art Glass by Gary Gallery a store credit may be issued that would be good towards the purchase of another item. We must receive the item in its original condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery to receive a credit. We will not accept returns after 30 days. There are no returns on "Gallery Specials," all sales are final. On special orders of an item that is normally stocked but canceled by the customer before we can cancel our order to the vendor, a 10% handling charge will apply.

Each piece is individually handmade, therefore unique in color, shape and size. How We Started
Art Glass by Gary Gallery was created, as a result of thirty years, love and appreciation for art glass. Having used every inch of space to display new glass and not knowing where to put the next piece, I decided to try my hand at selling. In September of 2001, I aligned myself with talented GlassMasters and began my business by selling on E-bay. In February 2002, I built my website offering a wide variety of art glass from artists worldwide. Each piece is selected not only for it's "quality" and "artistic design", but because I truly love it. By 2005, we were widely recognized for our fine selection of glass jewelry. We emphasize, that we are now a "Designer Jewelry Gallery" as well. To that end, we have expanded, and continue to expand our choices of fine jewelry. The feedback I have received from my website and E-Bay customers has been very positive.
